I like these tightener kegel balls so far, and I imagine they will be helpful. The silicon is good quality, and I like that there are 3 sizes, so you can work your way up to more challenging ones. I was confused about the inclusion of the vibrator. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be there so that it can help with lubrication to get the balls inside? Or if we use it with the balls inside? I wish there were instructions about how to make the most of this product, and feel it is an oversight for them not to have included that. Otherwise, it's worth giving it a shot.
