Best stand for viewing from bed
Bought this when my wife was hospitalized and unable to move off her back due to a breathing tube. Unlike stands with other types of swing arms, this is easy too get into a stable and direct position coming over from the side of the bed. It held the iPad in a solid, stable position right over her face to view YouTube videos or streaming programs on Netflix, Max or Prime. Compared to our flexible arms stand, this allows use to put the table at a 90 degree angle from the arms, so it is directly overhead. And as claimed, it is less prone to vibration than other types of stands. It is also easy to switch from landscape to portrait viewing (see pictures). With a single button, the arm angle is easily adjusted without twisting or forcing other types of arms. And both were done by a bed tied person on oxygen from a tracheostomy. Now I use it while laying on the couch. Now be aware that ANY stand is less stable than sitting on a table. Every time you touch the screen it will vibrate a little, requiring a bit of stabilization with your other hand. But that is true of any floor stand. And this is much less prone to vibration and easier to hold still than other types of stands we own.

The Best Tablet/Phone Stand So Far
This product is fantastic.I've tried several tablet and phone stands, but this one is by far the most durable and easiest to use.The base is also heavy enough to withstand the weight of even the heavier ipad. The customer service was also excellent.I submitted the email for warranty issues, and the team quickly responded to address my need and helped with the issue of the item.I'm completely satisfied with the product and the company.

This stand actually works.
The arm is long enough to allow you to extend an iPAD as an extension to a work surface and there is enough weight on the base to keep the device steady. It will take some physical strength to open the device holder as it is spring loaded. This is actually good since this is keeping your device in place.I purchased this as an aid to a patient who was having neck surgery and the extension arm was just not long enough for that use.

Almost perfect but I love it anyway.
This is "mostly" what I was looking for. I use my iPad at times for a second screen to my Alienware Laptop so needed a stand for my iPad for when I'm on the couch. This this is actually a great stand!Pros:Easy to assembleVery sturdyEasy to adjust armsWeighted stand makes it stable for my 13-inch iPad Pro*Holds the iPad tight (Blessing and a curse, see Cons)Cons:Putting the iPad in the holder is difficultIf you're using a new iPad, you'll have to offset it from the center because the holder will cover up the camera, which means it won't be useful for unlocking using your face or video calls. Easily adjusted by moving the iPad by an inch or 2 to either the left or right, but something to consider.*Let me elaborate. The holder holds the iPad tight and secure, however, the holder is spring loaded.I cringe every time I put iPad it in because I'm always afraid of either the iPad shooting out and crashing into the floor or my prying the holder open and dropping the iPad while wrestling with it. It almost feels like it's going to be too tight for it. If you're going to keep the iPad in the holder all the time, it isn't an issue, and you can rest secure that it will hold it for all eternity. Seriously, aliens will come long after we're dead and gone and foraging through our ruins and find it still holding on to the iPad for dear life. But if you're going to be putting it in the holder and removing it on a daily basis, this might be frustrating for some people. Also I'll note, I am using a 13-inch iPad, so it might be just a little easier with smaller tablets, and there is a 2nd holder for phones.Summary:I'm glad I bought it, and it works very well. It's sturdy, stable, and easy to readjust. As for the holder, perhaps I'm just a little paranoid putting my $3200 iPad in what feels like the jaws of life, and I wish it had a release mechanism instead of the spring loaded holder. That's all and I hope this helps.

Okay, better than others
Not stable as the video implies. The extension arm will slide and roll even as tight it is clasped. Very good compared to the flat one I had previously. Had to use its clamp for this one as could not stretch this on for ipad 13” pro.

Wow
I have a gooseneck stand I bought and thought it was the greatest. I was wrong, this one is. It is as mobile, as sturdy as the gooseneck, but provides much better angle adjustment and light weight. I think this is super easy to store and hold our ipad air with no droop sag or anything. I use this for my 5yr old to play on his ipad and we use it for zwift riding with the ipad. Im considering buying another to replace the gooseneck one we have. 100% worth the cost.

Very sturdy
Excellent purchase. We use it for our ipads on the side of the couch so we don't stretch our necks. So comfy we bought two. They are very sturdy and you can adjust them any way you need to. Love it
