So far it's a runner!
I bought this to replace the engine on my daughters' 4-wheeler. The mounting points were different so I made my own mounts from 2 pieces of 1/4" x 1" flat stock, then used 20mm U-bolts to attach them to the frame. I was able to reuse the throttle cable from the old 4-stroke setup. Once it was all bolted down I poured some 25:1 gas in and it fired right up. Engine seems strong (for its size) and has good throttle response. If you're looking at this for the same project I was, I can confirm it does fit the X-pro 40cc transmission. I opted to use the old transmission because it has a 5.5 input revolution/1 output revolution, whereas the transmission that came with this engine was a 3 input revolution/1 output revolution, and I wanted to make it slower for my kiddos. I'm sure if you use the transmission that comes with this engine it'll boogey pretty quick. Will update if anything changes, but so far I'm pretty darn impressed for the price.

Clutch came apart
The auto clutch came apart in less than 20 minutes. Motor started and ran well for as long as the clutch held together. NO RETURN allowed, but seller offered to pay for replacement parts. Thanks for the $12 I guess? I shouldn't have to rebuild a brand new item. Won't buy again.

So cool that this is even possible. Works great! Had fun installing it with the boys.

Its got a very long gear set up with a tri grip slipper clutch.
This little motor rips but could use a gear reduced gear box and different clutch setup my son killed the first clutch in about 30 hours but I had a different clutch and gear box and installed them and the box doesn't have so much top end but gets to its top speed effectively to the point he out runs my 125 apollo in a drag race to 25 mph!

Worth every penny
Tried to fix a worn out 49cc engine on a dirt bike. Rebuilt the carb, replaced the carb, replaced the coil and spark plug and it would not idle or start more than once a day. Bought this engine for $40 and no more problems. Runs like a champ.
