I didn't order the Hewory Mushroom Vase Bud Vases for their intended purpose. I take plant cuttings to bring on over the winter period and usually stick these in a cheap plastic tumbler on my kitchen windowsill. They look pretty nasty and I thought that these little mushrooms would be a huge improvement, being attractive and practical.I'm pleased to say that they are delivering. I've filled a couple with some cutting and they look really nice on the ledge. Maybe because the hole in the top is quite small I haven't seen much water evaporation. I like the varying sizes and heights of the 5 vases so they look very cute in a group. They are quite delicate, being glass, and could be used decoratively if not displaying buds.Very sweet and practical.

These are such lovely vases, but in all honesty I'm just going to use them as display pieces as they look so nice as they are, the colours are really lovely and autumnal and the mushroom designs are simply gorgeous.They are so light I am afraid they might break easily, which is another reason I'm not planning on using them for vases, but if you do use them I can tell you that they are super easy to fill with water and little eating delicate flowers do look so nice in them.They are a bit fiddly to clean inside which is another reason I'm just using them as display pieces.They are utterly gorgeous, really well made although thin glass.greta value and would recommend these as what they are advertised as and simply beautiful pieces to have on show in your house.
