Slices stick to this knife. Slows down the whole process! It is ok but not the knife I reach for.

This knife is nice and sharp and has a good weight balance in my hands. Its fun to slice through vegetables in one swipe instead of going back and forth to make a clean cut. I also like the accessories that come with it including finger guard and easy to use sharpener.

Es filoso, se ve bien y no he tenido que afilarlo ni una vez por el precio me gusto bastante. Lo unico que podria decir es que casi que no puedo abrir el afilador con el que viene, pero el cuchillo perfecto.
