WIBIMEN Ice Cube Tray with Lid and Bin, 1" Round Ice Trays for Freezer

I LOVE this 1" ice sphere tray set with bin!!! I first tried silicone sphere trays with lids, but it seemed like something was always going wrong, I got the iced, but it was problematic. Not with these trays!!! Apparently the stiffness of the plastic helps to keep the water where it needs to be, and that seems to be the trick to why these work so well. These trays are a true pleasure to use, and I just love things like that, especially since I've been building out my beverages items, and small ice spheres like the ones made by these trays are now my FAVORITE form of ice cube!!! I love these 1" spheres because to me they're the perfect "Goldilocks" solution, ... they're big enough cubes to not melt immediately like crushed ice, and they're not so big that they hit you on the top lip when you're drinking from the glass. I almost got the 0.8" ones and I'm glad I didn't because the 0.8" size just seems too small, but I think that size would be good for people who like to chew on ice, since the other small ice cube trays seem more difficult to use. The first thing I made with my new ice spheres was a 16oz. "cranberry cooler," which is my new go to "water," which is just water with a splash of cranberry juice. I LOVED the way the ice jingled around in the glass, everything swished together nicely and jingled like Christmas music, and I know the standard rectangular ice cubes would have just banged around and I would have drank my drink while they were still just sitting there, ready to bang me on the lip again. With these smaller spheres, if they're still left after I drink my drink, I can just crunch on them as I please. I still have good ice trays for the rectangular ice cube type and I will keep those as backups. But for sure, this set for 1" spheres is my go-to for myself and guests, so I may just order another set for larger gatherings. I absolutely love this set and wish I'd ordered it sooner!!!

I got this WIBIMEN round ice cube tray set with the lid and bin for making nicer ice for drinks and it’s been handy. The trays make small round spheres that look better than regular cubes in glasses, and the twist release works well — the ice pops out cleanly without fighting with flexible silicone molds. The included bin with lid is useful for storing extra ice without it picking up freezer smells, and the little tongs are a nice touch. I use them for iced coffee, water bottles, and occasional cocktails. They freeze reasonably fast and the spheres melt slower than crushed ice. One tip that helped me: Fill right to the line and close the lid over the sink the first few times because a bit of water can squeeze out. It took a couple tries to get perfect round balls instead of lopsided ones if the tray isn’t sitting completely flat. Overall it’s a solid choice for anyone who wants cute round ice without buying a fancy machine. Not the best if you need huge quantities quickly or have a very crowded freezer, but for everyday home use it does the job nicely.

i like this ice cube tray and i like that they have a two pack so i can make more than one batch at a time. it's much easier to keep the ice full that way instead of constantly running out. i use a lot of ice during summer so this is perfect for me to use in addition to my fridge since sometimes it can't keep up with all the ice being used. i haven't experienced any leakage and they stack nicely in the freezer. the tongs are super tiny though and inefficient unless you want to spend 10 minutes transferring one small piece of ice at a time. not a big deal though since you could just use clean hands or an ice scooper. it is also relatively easy to get the ice out with a slight twist but i'm worried that one day the tray will break.

I’ve wanted a way to make ice without having to buy expensive machines or filters when it needs to be replaced. This way was easier than expected since again some work but same results. It DOES give you a manual that shows where the water line is so you don’t overflow, if you under fill then obviously some would have it’s shape and some might be broken or halfway made. For me its size, it’s perfect because it’s easy to store with other items in the freezer. Function: In total it makes 96 ice cubes, depending on how much you like in your drink this amount could vary from remaking it daily or waiting a few days to restock. If you overfill yes it would leak at the top and slightly around the sides as well, it could be hard to pop out depending on how well you crack the tray. If you under fill it’ll be somewhat easier to remove but the results might be disappointing. Overall rating: I would use it for occasions in advance and after having it within a few weeks I would recommend it to those who wants easy access to ice without worrying about it too much. In one batch makes my partner and I last a little over 3 days before restocking very good for what I paid.

Didn’t have a refrigerator with an ice maker so these work great and pop out just by a simple twist.

It's not bad. Some are in good shape and some comes broken when I followed the instructions. Even if i fill it at the line when the water exits, it stays frozen theres no way for me to take off the excess water

These ice cube trays are the bomb! Freeze quickly, easy to get out and just F. U. N. Cute little round balls. Storage tray and little scoop are prefect size as well.

This thing is amazing! My wife and I hate having to replace the filter that is in the fridge because they can get expensive and they're not good for the environment when you toss them out. We try to be more mindful of our environment. We just use the drinking water filter in our home and fill these things up. 12 or 13 hours later we have ice and never have to worry about those water filters ever again.

I’ve takes an age to freeze I think because the plastic trays are too thick and insulate the water such that it takes a long time to freeze. May be an issue given the water in Singapore from the tap is quite warm but nevertheless the product is not fit for purpose.
