Good value
This thing is huge and the taste is great. A little bit goes a long way here. I keep in the fridge.

BIG jar of sauce with a real truffle flavor
Honestly, this sauce is a little too truffley for me, but I can't remove a star for that as it's supposed to be truffley. ha So if you want a real balance of truffle and cheese (and not cheese with a hint of truffle), you'll like this. It came separated, so I shook it a long time to get it blended again. I do think 33 ounces is way too much for an average person to use in time; I wish it came in smaller cans. But it would be good for a big dinner or meal for a shelter, etc. I personally won't order it again as I can't consume that much cheesey truffley goodness fast enough, but it did make for a yummy quick sauce for pasta and chicken.

So Delicious
This Parmigiano Reggiano Truffle Cheese Sauce is absolutely divine! The rich, creamy flavor of authentic Parmigiano Reggiano pairs beautifully with the earthy taste of truffle, creating a luxurious addition to any dish. I’ve used it as a pasta sauce and a pizza topping, and it instantly elevates both. The large 33 oz jar is perfect for multiple meals, and the quality is unmatched.

Great tasting sauce
It's a tasty sauce which you can really taste the cheese and the truffle. The problem I had is it separated even while it was sealed so it changed color and not smooth like before. I smelled it and it smelled fine then tasted it without issue before cooking. When I cooked it the flavor was good and it did thicken up a bit after I cooked it together with pasta.

So yummy!
I made this on a weeknight with some boring boring boring boneless chicken breasts and oh wow, what a treat! I was a little nervous because in the jar the sauce doesn't look so hot, and I was worried it had gone bad. But I was undaunted and opened the jar and tasted what was inside the morning I planned to make it, right out of the jar. And even then, before I added it to my chicken, I took it out of the pan (just sliced the breasts horizontally, dredged in flour, and pan fried in some olive oil) and warmed it up. The warmth made the sauce pull back together and blend beautifully, again I smelled and tasted, and all systems seemed go so I put the chicken back into the pan. It was so good!Once plated, I did add a little lemon and salt and it was sublime, for a jarred sauce at least. Most definitely for a weekday meal. I made some angel hair pasta to go wth it and *chef's kiss.* My husband who has never had truffle, though, wasn't as impressed. So I would advise not making this your first foray into truffledom if you've never had it. Start with something small like truffle fries, and then maybe a truffle aoli on a sandwich (the roast beef sandwich at Whole Foods is really good for this.) Truffle really is an acquired taste I guess, and the first few times I had it I wasn't really in love, but still wanted to try it again, and again. If you're big on umami then eventually you'll get there. Maybe grab the sauce now and work your way up.As for the jar and the look, I'm guessing it's because it's from Italy, made with real ingredients, and not loaded with additives and emulsifiers to make it "look good" in the jar. I can definitely live with that.

Not appealing appearance but tastes good
This review is for the GL Truffle Gourmet parmigiano Reggiano truffle cheese sauce. This doesn’t look the most appealing in the jar to me. It almost looks like the oil and the rest of the sauce has separated. However, after heating it up and serving it with chicken, I can say that I do find it to taste good. What I like best is that you can actually taste the truffle. A lot of times, “truffle” items have hardly any flavor or have a very artificial flavor of truffle. This does taste like natural truffle to me and it’s not too subtle, which I like. Texture-wise, it was a little thinner, runnier than I liked. What I mean is that it was not thick enough to cling to the chicken I cooked, so it kept running off the chicken. I ended up having to use a spoon to eat pieces of chicken with some of the sauce, and it was enjoyable that way, but I would have preferred it to linger on the chicken. I wonder if it is because of the oil in the product. I would purchase this again, especially because it has quite a few servings in it, but I would love it if the manufacturer could address the appearance and thickness issues.

Delicious sauce!
I really liked this truffle cheese sauce. The jar is fairly large so you can get multiple uses out of it. Truffle is definitely an acquired taste, but it's not too strong. When you first receive the jar, the contents inside don't look that great as other reviewers had mentioned, but it's perfectly normal and it's just some of the ingredients that had separated. Once you shake it and add it to the pan, the heat helps to bring it all back together.

Strong, Pleasant Taste on Pasta
I have never tried Truffle Cheese Sauce before, but I like Parmigiano Reggiano, so I thought I would give it a try. Though the sauce had separated in the jar, all it took was some hearty shaking to get it back to normal. It warmed up just like any other sauce and looked great on my curly pasta. I enjoyed the cheesy taste of the sauce, but unfortunately it did not agree with me and caused me a lot of acid reflux for the rest of the evening. This is not a fault with the recipe, just something that didn't work for me. This sauce is also very pungent, which my husband did not appreciate. Because of these issues, I will not be eating this again, but it does have a full, unique taste and cooks up well.
