However, the company handled the situation swiftly and professionally by arranging a prompt replacement. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and I was impressed by the responsiveness and care shown throughout. While the initial defect may have been an isolated case, the quality and performance of the replacement item clearly demonstrate the product’s overall reliability. I’m very pleased with how the matter was resolved and highly appreciate the excellent customer service provided.

electrical issues and caused the circuit breaker to trip
Stopped working after a month of use! It started having electrical issues and caused the circuit breaker to trip and the whole plugs in my house stopped working until I switch the circuit breaker on again. Not recommended.

Disappointed with the Quality
I was very disappointed. The quality is poor, and it definitely isn’t worth the money. Every time I use it, a burned layer forms at the bottom, which I’ve attached photos for. I expected much better durability and performance. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Must have
I love this machine, very compact but still delivers large volume of coffee with multiple functions. Design is also something nice to have in the kitchen

Bad quality
The cattle has developed rust, and the paint has started peeling off after only a short period of use. This is not what I expected from a product of this kind, and I believe it may be defective.
