Lamentablemente ni siquiera abría el paquete así como llegó así hasta lo quise devolver pero no tiene devolución no lo puedo tomar porque estoy tomando quimioterapia y me dijo mi oncólogo que interfiere en la medicina pero cuando trate de devolverlo me dice que no se puede devolver además creo que es un producto más para hombres que para mujeres y según él le ha ido que a las mujeres les molesta con el problema de la tiroides yo no padezco de tiroides pero tampoco quiero exponerme.

So far I think the best thing I've found was the straight up tar strictly shilajit itself however, taking these which also provide several other things has also seemed to have pretty good results regarding my overall health. The issue with most of these products is the amount needed to truly have an effect. This one has more than most although I still feel falls a bit short. Luckily it's only 2 capsules so easy to get down and keep things moving.

I had started this late summer last year, and almost stopped taking it after a couple months thinking it was not having an impact. I'm glad I kept it up as it's become part of regular routine and tbh overall internal health is something this aligns with really well. Digestion, blood pressure, a relative homeostasis on a physical level. These are the kinds of impact you want health supplements to have. Glad I was able to find it in this combo!
