Not the build quality I was looking for. While the fork was pretty heavy duty and the tines sharp, the riveting and tang were not flush with the handle. The protrusion's while not an issue just holding, will be when I have to apply the force needed to hold down a piece of meat. The quality at the price paid was not equitable.
