I’m 180 @ 5’3 and this fit was perfect! Totally my go to jeans. Great material and has a stretch which is perfect! Color and look is perfect as well. Feels great on and doesn’t lose its shape.

For reference, I carry all my weight in my midsection so it's very difficult to find jeans that fit comfortably and don't show my apron belly. I typically wear a size 12 or 14 and am 5'1" tall, so length is also always an issue. I first ordered the $98 Free People barrel jeans in all the colors, hoping they would look cute. I tried one on and didn't even bother trying on the rest, I immediately returned them. Unless you're a size 2, the FP jeans were clownishly huge in the legs, but the denim was buttery soft. I am not typically satisfied with the quality of clothing on Amazon, but decided to try several barrel jeans because I wasn't having any luck from name brands. To my surprise, these fit GREAT! The fabric is a denim blend so not the same quality of designer fabric, but they are beyond flattering - comfortable stretch in the waist, slim through the hips, then a reasonable barrel flare with a tapered bottom. They skim the tops of my shoes so I have to cuff them up a little and they're perfect. Might hem them, but I hate losing the original stitching. I ordered 3 colors and love all of them. The Black is perfectly faded, the Deep Blue is a really nice medium blue, and I'm so happy they make the Retro Blue, which is just like the FP jeans with the slightest green tinge. I initially ordered a pair of barrel jeans from another seller, Grapent, and I kept them but the wash is not as nice, the pockets kind of stretch out, and these jeans are a better shape and quality of colors. If you're an apple shape and hard to fit, I really recommend these. I'm so happy to be able to buy into a trend for less than half the cost of the designer brands. What a find!!!

I had low expectations for the price, but these are surprisingly flattering and comfortable. One caveat is that you need to size up. I usually wear a size 4 jeans so I ordered a size 6. They fit comfortably but are tighter in the waist and hips than my barrel jeans from Anthro. So if you want more of a baggy look at the top, you'll want to go up two sizes. I am 5'2" and the length is just right for me, so for a taller person they might be too short. The fabric is super stretchy and comfortable, color is good. They are cheaper looking than the Antro/Free People versions, but also $125 less. :-)Updated: after a couple of washings and frequent wear, the jeans are pilling. I have never seen denim pill before, so it must be from the quantity of viscose that makes them soft? I'm glad I have a pill shaver but just thought I'd mention it.

I like these, I actually don’t think they’re very flattering on me, but they aren’t unflattering either, but very comfortable! I’ll be wearing them a whole lot. Good quality material, real denim with stretch, not like weird cheap jeans you get a lot on Amazon or from somewhat sketch individual poor quality clothing shops in malls. Now currently, I know for sure that size-wise I’m a large 8/ small 10. I’m just over 5’2 and 150 ish. I initially purchased size 8 but they were oddly large, ill-fitting and the crotch was uh. . . It would not be inaccurate to say there was some camel toe. Not sure why the pants were too large but the crotch was too tight. Anyway, I reordered a size 6 and it fits perfectly and no camel toe. So, I recommend sizing down from your normal.

These are so flattering! I thought that they might look like balloons on my small frame, but they hug the butt and flow nicely. I bought these because I need something loose and flexible for my work. They are so reasonable that I will be purchasing another pair. The quality is amazing for the price. The material is stretchy, but it has the feel of denim and they were comfortable the moment I tried them on. I washed them before wearing them as I always wash my clothes before I wear them, but truthfully, there was no odor to the pants when I unpacked them. Again, other brands are several dollars more than these jeans so for me they are a deal and meet my needs. I wore them out and dressed them up a bit with a little jacket and received so many compliments on the jeans.

Well, first of all, they are comfortable. I got my normal size and they fit fine. Lots of stretch in the denim, but I think that's where the problem lies. Because they are stretch denim, they fit like a skinny jean until they got to my knees, and then got baggy. It's an awkward look. I was hoping for a looser fit that tapered toward the ankles. I think the thinner fabric just doesn't provide the structure for these to look right either. The color wash of the jean wasn't a nice gradient fade, but was straight across the thigh in a line. So yeah, gotta return these.

i don't leave reviews very often but I feel that I should with this barrel jean. I bought my normal size 4/27/ I fits perfectly. I'm 5'2" at 112 lbs. The fabric is super soft and perfect for Spring and upcoming Summer. I think I will be able to wear this in the Fall as well. I'm going to get the other colors. I highly recommend this. What I love is the barrel is not overwhelming. Just perfect and cute!

These jeans are super cute - the star patches are amazing - so fun. They are a lightweight jean material with a little stretch to them. I am 5’4”, 137 pounds - larger on the bottom than the top. My only criticism of the jeans is the front pockets which bunch up oddly - the pocket lining slides up and pokes out the top - I had to constantly tuck the pockets back in. Other than that, a fun pair of barrel jeans that fit like a glove!
