Arrived on time undamaged driver pleasant and polite item vibration floor clean well made easy to use laminate flooring and carpet cleaner polishers for laminate a bit pricey hopefully it works fingers crossed

I bought this product for my daughter to help with cleaning her porcelain travertine floor after seeing the product advertised on television. After following instructions we both tried the cleaner out but found the water dispenser totally inadequate only delivering a very small spray of cleaning fluid out onto the tiles; the product cleaning action does not work in the removal of any dirt from the tiles, the pads described differ from those received - no coloured edge or distinguishing loop on the ones supplied.After use the floor was no different leaving us totally disappointed.Buying the cleaner before Christmas to be given as a gift I have no instructions to return it for a refund which I definitely wanted to do. Perhaps the unit works okay on laminate flooring but certainly my does not work as advertised on stone tiles. To me this has been a totally loss of my well earned money.
