It's easy!
My dog loves this puzzle. It is fun to load and easy to navigate. Got my 55-60lb pit mix doing it!

Keepsy dog busy
Great puzzle for dogs that need a good challenge. There are different levels that they can do to receive their treats or kibble. It keeps their mind sharp. Great buy for the money!

Very Stimulating hard to fill
I loved that it intrigued my dog and made her think. I wish there was an easier way to fill it. It took me almost asking to fill it up as it does for her to get it solved.

Entertaining, bought for cats, sticks
My cats get a bit naughty when they get bored or restless, so I wanted to try one of these puzzles even though they are usually geared towards dogs.It keeps their attention for a little while after in reload the treats. Some of the little cups stick and don’t slide along the channel very well, so they lose motivation more quickly than I think they would if they all slid properly. I have to slide them around myself to keep them interested.I do like the various ways it can be set up to keep it challenging.

Not for small dogs
This is a well made dog puzzle. It’s sturdy and seems like it will last a long time. The center part easily spins, which has been an issue in other puzzles. My dog wasn’t able to spin the center of the Nina O puzzle, but she can easily spin this one… sometimes a little too hard! The box gives you step by directions on how to make the puzzle gradually more difficult, which is great as it allows your dog to learn each mini puzzle and then solve the higher level puzzles. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the treat holes are too large and my dog can easily get treats out of the hole (used for placing the treats inside the puzzle). Unfortunately this takes away most of the mini puzzles that make up this big puzzle. Basically the only puzzle that my dog does is the center spinner since she just eats the other treats from the hole. It says that this puzzle is made for all size dogs, including small dogs, so the holes need to be smaller. We have lots of other puzzle toys and have never had this issue, including a similar toy from this same brand. It’s a shame because it’s otherwise a great toy.

Almost good
Used twice since i bought it. I have a 6 month old dutch shepard that is super smart. She does love the toy but it's hard to get her to use it the way it's suppose to be used because she can get the treats out of the domes with her tongue instead of having to manipulate them. Hoping as she grows this will not be a problem for long. She is by no means small right now so i did not forsee this being an issue. I wouldn't recommend it for small breeds.

My bulldog destroyed this toy in 30 mins
The toy is complicated. Pull out drawers come installed upside down? My dog destroyed this toy by pulling drawers all the way out and chewing them where they would not go back in. He broke off “locking pin” on top in minutes.

Good design and solid build quality.
I was impressed with how well made this toy is - I was concerned it might be easily broken. Obviously this depends on the size and strength of your dog and their tendency to destroy things as nothing is indestructible to the determined dog. My dog can be rough with things but he was more interested in the challenge of working out the game than pulling it apart. It withstood his vigorous pawing at it and him pulling the drawers out. The sticky pads on the bottom are impressive - they held the toy firmly to the laminate flooring during play but didn’t cause any damage to the floor or leave any sticky residue on it when I pulled it up to put it away. It takes a good pull! The toy kept him busy and held his attention well. It didn’t take him very long to figure out how to do the first couple of settings suggested in the instructions to get his treats but obviously that will vary with different dogs. The third level of difficulty he overcame by just using his tongue to get the treats out from where they are inserted and then continued to do this all the time. I somewhat overcame this by using ‘stick’ shaped treats snapped into small pieces so they go in lengthwise and won’t come back out laying flat so he had to go back to the original way of sliding the holder around to drop them through the bottom and into the drawers. Dogs are smart and will work out the easiest way to get the treats out so you will have to work with that and experiment with what you put in the toy to keep it challenging. It is still an entertaining way to feed them kibble or treats even when they have mastered it and my dog is always excited to see it come out and wants me to reload it after he has emptied it.Good product - recommended.

SKIP the written instructions and watch the product video
The media could not be loaded. - To avoid feeling less intelligent than your dog! This puzzle set on used for a couple weeks because in all honesty, it and the written instructions intimidated me!The other day Amazon suggested another puzzle by this manufacturer and my doggy mom guilt set in. That's when I noticed that they have made great instructional videos for all of their puzzles. Now that Mom is up to speed, my pup is tackling each level and I could not be more proud of my smart boy.I have bought expensive dog puzzles from PetSmart in the past and not to brag or anything (ok I'm bragging 😋😆) but my dog was too smart for them. He became bored in under an hour and I became resentful that it took me the same amount of time to load the treats in as it did for him to get them out. What I like most about this puzzle is that it's not just a one trick pony that will be mastered in a few minutes and no longer a fun challenge. There are 3 levels of play and the 3rd level has proven to be a puzzler and we are still working on it.My only concern about this dog puzzle and the reason for four stars rather than five, is that there is a plastic pin that needs to be moved between two holes when you're changing levels. It's pretty small, and could be a choking hazard. My dog has taken that pin out himself several times while trying to crack the puzzle. I just correct him and let him know that that is not part of the game. But something to definitely supervise when your pup is playing.

Tricky to get used to, could be a good idea
The directions seemed to be translated to English using an app of some sort, so it was tricky to understand the different "levels" of the toy and how to properly set it up for each level.I have a larger dog so he needs to use it outside - it does not suction to the ground so he ends up just pushing it all over the floor and we actually ended up with a scratch in our wood.Once we sent some time outside showing him "level 2", he seemed to start to get it, but ended up just taking one of the pieces and chewing it.If you have a dog that is used to these kinds of activities from a young age, it may be worth a try. It just didn't work for us and our Shepherd.

My kid is obsessed.
My kiddo probably has more fun with this one then the dogs he plays with lolAs he's helping the dogs figure out how to do the different levels. He and the dogs have spent hrs playing with this. First level dogs caught on within minutes....second took a bit....third they're still working on lolBut ya. I had bored dogs mentally. So I had bad dogs who would get into trouble.... lolSo bought some of these mental toys and this is a fav.My dogs have been more calm and getting into less trouble. This one seems really durable. Has to be to survive my beasts. Def worth the $$. It's good quality.Gonna be ordering another so I can have one for each of my dogs, as they love it that much.

Excellent Enrichment/Slow Feeder toy for dogs!
Purchased as an enrichment toy for my dogs (standard poodles and one miniature poodle). Very well built puzzle, it has some weight to it and feels solid. It is large enough for my standards to use comfortably and for several teething puppies. It holds a good amount of treats/kibble. The puzzles were moderately challenging for the standards, taking about 5 minutes to completely empty. Took the 10 week old puppies about 15 minutes. The puzzle has multiple "tasks" that need to be completed for your dog to be rewarded, a simple spin on top, spin until the dispenser lines up with a hole that drops food into a drawer on the 2nd level and then the drawer then needs to be pawed or nosed open. Absolutely fantastic fun for your dog! I definitely recommend this product!
