2yo daughter is obsessed with screws and screwdrivers and loves trying to help her daddy do DIY jobs. This is a cute solid wooden (and less terrifying) alternative to her wielding a real hammer she has found somewhere. And she feels so helpful! It's really good for dexterity and it's lightweight and portable enough for her to lift herself. It's really well made also.

This children doctor play set is made of excellent quality wood and painted in soft pastel colours. It all comes in a cloth case with a velcro closure which makes it so appealing for children to play with! Each item comes individually wrapped in tissue paper, giving it a luxurious feel. Makes a great gift!

This playset comes as a neat alternative to some of the bigger kitchen sets. It's made of wood right through and comes as an all in one set. It features gorgeous pastel colours which are well finished and it's a timeless toy that will last for years and never goes out of fashion. You need an adequate table top to leave it on and it therefore needs a storage space when not in use. It gives hours of creative play for little ones and I cannot recommend it highly enough given all the cute accessories it comes with right down to the salt and pepper shakers with great attention to detail. It does require self assembly but its no more than a 15 min job and it's a rare toy that doesn't even need batteries to be fun!

It arrives as a flat-pack, but don’t panic as there are only a few parts to fit together, and it’s very easy - just follow the instructions. The entire playset is top quality - the materials and finishing are excellent, the surfaces and edges are very smooth and safe for little hands to play with, and when assembled it’s solid and sturdy enough to withstand rough handling from a toddler. Having said all that, the price of £41.99 seems a bit pricey – however, there is currently a voucher for a 15% discount which helps a little.

This is the kit for the Dr I'd definitely like to see! This is so cute!The set is all beautifully finished, and has a lovely quality cloth bag. The stethoscope does have two plastic parts but I think it lends itself and makes the item better in play: it means the stethoscope can be hinged open and worn on the ears.
