My cabin is on a sloped lot and this leveler allows me to clean out gutters safely. No need to place stones and wood blocks underneath one leg to level it out. MUCH SAFER! My son also used it to level his ladder on his roof as he was painting the upper levels.

This is a very helpful item for semi steep roofs. Great for holding items and standing on as well. One of the most economical ways to make you more secure on a roof. Well worth the cost. I bought two. One for me to stand on while the other one holds my five gallon roof costing.

I use this inside on steps for painting, worked great for me.

This worked great for painting the stairwell in my house. Was apprehensive about its stability and quality but it did what it was supposed to do. I had no issues sending my wife to the top of the ladder while I held the base of ladder and watched the ladder stabilizer. It never moved. Solid as a rock. Was going to buy 2x6 and make it myself but the lumber is almost the same cost. Definitely a great tool to have around the house.

This tool is not safe for serious roof work. I needed a leveler to help me stand comfortably on the roof while working. When it functions properly, it works well. However, the bottom rubber strip—designed to grip the shingles and add friction for stability—is poorly designed. It is screwed into the frame, making it prone to breaking. Once one side of the rubber bottom breaks, the tool becomes useless as it can no longer support weight stably. That thing breaks loose the 2nd day I used for a roof work. I am glad I did use safety harness when using this thing. Otherwise, I might fall off the roof.

It kept me from breaking my neck on the ladder while working on the lights on my house. Helping the ladder stay straight and level on my crooked driveway and yard. Wife didn't get the life insurance this time.

Works perfectly well for my stairs. Very sturdy and felt safe using it with my syneco folding ladder.

I used an earlier version of this device that a painter loaned me. It made it possible for me to safely secure my holiday lights in places I couldn't possibly reach before. Not only does this roof leveller work safely on a roof, but can be used on a variety of slopes making it even more safe and practical. A third feature is the fact you can use it on stairs. Although I haven't tried the stair feature yet, I am looking forward to finishing some crown mouldings in a very high stairwell in the future. The anti-skid grips on the leveller help ensure your safety although it is always critical to test your weight and ladder on the leveller before climbing too high. If you follow the directions and use it properly, this tool is the best thing any home owner with a sloped roof could ever wish for.

Jus wanted to say how amazing this was, saved the day yesterday. Trying to finish above the stairs about 20ft going up the stairs tried all sorts, brush, pad even ordered the mookly roller but none were helpful really as you need to get up close to cut in. These were perfect wedged between the step and my ladders. Perfect 🤩 x

A little overprice for a chunk of plastic but is more usefull as a tool backstop on roof than a ladder leveler
