I think it's possible but unlikely since fleas jump around quite a bit. They need to be on these papers long enough to get stuck to them...and you will obviously have to place these sticky papers where the fleas tend to congregate. Plus since the sticky sheets need to adhere to something (glass is the easiest to clean up) you may end up leaving residue on a surface other than glass.
