I ordered there on 5th January and they arrived in less than 24 hrs, Amazing service. I put them in my work shoes for an 8 hour shift on my feet and they have certainly made a difference. I have plantar fascitis, which is very painful. My feet ached at the end of my shift, however it was just a tired ache not the usual excruciating throbbing. I was able to work normally instead of hobbling, such a relief. I will certainly be buying a few more pairs, so I can just leave then in place in my various shoes, and it would be good to have a spare pair handy for an emergency as I do a lot of walking. I most certainly recommend these to anyone with sore heels, tired achy feet, walkers, runners, or people who spend a long working day on their feet. In fact anyone who looks after their feet. Make your feet happy and look after them.

Pretty comfortable and really useful while recovering from a calf injury.

advised by physio to buy for Sever's disease. the pain disappeared immediately. worn religiously for months.the stickiness of the gel means after all these months dirt has stuck on and won't wash off. child still has no pain but I think they have thinned out a little bit. will buy more but not hurriedly, those still do the job.

The top layer of the silicone gel has been peeling off and made inside of the shoes look messy. It gives relief on the heels, it then gives pain on the bony areas of the soles. I now have a cone around the bony area.It's not worthwhile for its money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not the best in the long term but the do provide cushioning to a degree.My issue was that I found them too soft. They went flat very quickly because of the amount of give in them.

I have heel tendonitis which gets very painful sometimes unable to bearly walk. These gel packs have helped so much beyond my expectations. I hope this helps anyone else with the same condition. Very comfortable, make a massive difference, usually do stay in place, very occasionally in a loose fitting shoe they made need putting back into place slighty every now & again. After being unsure which ones to purchase im very pleased i got these, seem durable too. Have just ordered some more im so thrilled with them. Breaks the impact of on your foot when walking, and im sure would be lovely for anyone to wear, make any shoes that extra bit comfy!

The inserts arrived very quickly and I was delighted to find they gave me instant relief to the pain in my heel. They really do cushion the bottom of the heel and I change them over into my slippers so that I am wearing them when walking about the house. I would recommend them to people who have a problem with tender heels.

I bought these to help treat PF and they are superb. Now bought more to fit into all my shoes.

Parecen excesivamente anchas pero no lo son, se ajustan perfectamente a unas deportivas y me han servido para amortiguar el dolor de talón. Lo malo que le veo es que aunque tiene pegamento no pega y se mueven cada vez que me calzo y descalzo, aunque al andar no noto que se muevan.
