Quality blocks for a good price
I looked around for a decent set of squat wedges for a while now. I wasn't sure I would like the cork, but I'm happy to say they work great. I do a lot of my squatting exercises in stocking feet and the cork feels really good, luxurious. I'm sure much better than hard rubber or plastic.

These blocks are really nice quality. Some can feel flimsy when you use. But these are heavy duty and I have no issues with malleability when using.

My yoga practice went up a few notches with these blocks
These blocks were exactly what I was looking for to buy. The price was right and the quality when they arrived was excellent two thumbs up. They’re sturdy and able to support my weight really well I’m 6 foot one and weigh 190 pounds and these were sturdy and helped me with my yoga practice immensely. The cork material makes it for an easy grip with no sliding. I definitely recommend these above everything else I’ve tried

Good for light squatting
I use these for goblet squats and bodyweight squats and it improves my torso position and actually lets me feel my quads working.I also can uses these for push ups to reduce wrist strainSolid purchase. Good solid cork blocks
I use these for yoga and they have helped me as a beginner.

Wish I had gotten 4" instead
I didn't realize that a 3" side (smaller than usual) would be less sturdy and less helpful for poses than a 4 inch width. Now I know.

Dense, versus most foam blocks, not a bad thing...
The cork blocks are more substantial than foam blocks. They are a little less thick on the medium setting than a lot of foam blocks too, but also heavier and feel better and more stable if you intend to balance standing on them. Highly recommend if the weight is not as issue for you...
