What has turned into a real working item I got for my partner.... 100% works
I purchased this for a Christmas present for my partner.... it was late and only arrived the day before and I blamed the seller when I should have blamed the carrier. For this I apologise. The product my partner absolutely loves and she uses most day's, and she has noticed positive results in her skin and her hair; in fact she can't sing its praises enough and neither can I as I have noticed changes in my partners skin and hair health. Next step is she wants to try it on me... and that will be a test! Would my partner recommend this.... 100% YES.

US electrical plug / voltage
The device we received seems to be sent from USA. It has US standard electrical plug. We logically can assume it is US voltage device not suitable for European 220 volt. The documentation does not specify what voltage it can be used with. So, using a US 127 V device in 220 V circuit may be dangerous.

It works!!
It works!! I’ve been struggling with cystic hormonal acne and bought this as an SOS as I noticed a deep pimple appear 6 days before attending a wedding. I used the wand on the pimple for 3 min on low and it flattened overnight! Hoping it’s also effective at preventing future breakouts but it was worth the money just for that one pimple!
