The pillow is comfortable and supportive, and I have been sleeping soundly with it. Interesting pillow, comes in a very ergonomic shape .. it is quite big and I find it very easy to rest your head on. Pillow shape offer the right support for you neck. Using it for 3 days and i can see improvements in my sleep quality .. I am not waking up during the nightRegarding pain relief , I cannot say much as it is a bit early to comment, but so far I have noticed that help me with the stiffness in the morning:Yes it is an effective pillow with an effective design that deserves to give a try .. I will continue to use it as it does feel much better than a standard pillow.

For some time I have been suffering from Neck, shoulder & back pain & have debated whether to try one of these neck pillows that you see advertised.I saw the Mulisoft Memory Foam Pillow on Amazon at £49 sold by Mulisoft which I thought was a good price , so I ordered it on the 6th December and it arrived on the 10th December packaged in a compact box.I unwrapped it from the bag and it then expanded. It came with easy to understand instructions.It looked good and the material felt nice and I left it for about an hour to expand into its shape as instructed.That night I tried the pillow, which had no smell and was of an ergonomic design. The material was smooth and I noticed you could use different heights according to your requirements and I liked the fact you could unzip the outer material and wash it.I must admit I slept very well and it was so comfortable and I certainly didn't have as much aching the next morning as I would normally have in my neck or shoulders.After 3 nights use, it has proved to be a very worthwhile purchase and good value. It is clearly of good quality and well designed and I certainly find it very comfortable to put my head on and sleep through the night.I would have no hesitation in recommending this product for its value, quality, design and the fact that it works!

I love the shape of this pillow. It’s very comfortable to start with, however I had no pain relief after a while and in-fact I almost found I had more pain due to the firmness. It’s not heavy but Definitley not light. I would reccomend it if you prefer a firmer pillow, but it might not be for you if you prefer a softer pillow!
