No carpet solution included. Just the broom
I should have listened to the other reviews. Box came without the carpet solution just like everyone else said. If you wanted to pay $16 for just the broom then it’s fine. If you were expecting to receive what was advertised you will be disappointed

Best carpet cleaner ever. I have 3 and I use them on my area rugs and car matts.

Very useful
This product is handy, easy to put together and last a very long time this is the second one I purchased and my other one was probably 8 years old

Cheap design in the handle.
I like the brush on this product and you can shorten the handle down which works great for my carpeted staircase. However, using it fully extended, it’s wonky. The pieces all fit together but there is a lot of movement in the separate pieces as you push down on it and frankly if you push very hard it might snap apart. Poorly designed to use fully extended but for a staircase it worked fine.

This will work with any kind of high traffic carpet cleaner. My carpet is super old and I can't use a regular carpet cleaner anymore bc it keeps pulling carpet threads out so I bought this. I will be using it to clean the carpets this Saturday and I will be reviewing it more as I go along.
