Very good but has its limitations. Fitted into 2009 VW Tiguan with no problems, radio great, Bluetooth hookup to phone easy with no problems and call sound excellent. However if you are relying on Navigation then don't bother. Maps are totally out of date and even an area that has Victorian properties was not found. Tried going online to the manufacturer, as recommended, site to download updated maps but this particular model is not covered and therefore unable to be updated. So, as I rely on the navigation system, it is a matter of still using my mobile phone to navigate for me! I did contact seller who said they would get update from supplier but nothing further was heard from them.

The stereo looks OEM which is what I wanted. It also allowed me to use Bluetooth (which was the main reason of purchase).That said, there are a number of issues with the stereo:It will not allow you to have British time (and there is no manual adjust either) so it always displays the wrong time.The radio feature displays the frequency on the touch screen button but not the name of the station (which is very confusing unless you know the exact frequency of the station you want to listen to).The screen occasionally goes black and then reappears (this is not the screen saver function, it is an issue with the software).There have been a few occasions when no sound comes from the stereo (no, the stereo wasn't muted).The overal quality of the sound is mediocre - the genuine VW audio drivers are much better.In terms of volume on the Bluetooth setting, it's quiet, even if your device is on maximum.If the product was priced around £50, I would say it would be worth it but over £130, definitely not.

This product stopped functioning after using for a month, no camera.. the radio plays up thus losing functionality

Had to return this as it has a reversing camera a flickering fault and the touchscreen works when it wants to. Cost me £150 to have it fitted and removed professional.

Not good for Passat Cc, bt doesn't work and gps it's too slowly
