Wroth buying it
I bought ILSO Super Melting SEBUM Softener + Deep Clean Master + 1/3 Saving Cotton Pad they were cheap when you buy in bundle. Start by placing a hot towel on your face and leave it for about 2 minutes. Then, apply the sebum softener to a cotton pad and press it onto your nose for 10 minutes. You'll notice most of the whiteheads will come to the surface. Afterward, use the tool to gently scrape off the impurities, and voilà—your nose will be clean and free from the buildup.
