My kids love it. I used it a few times and i like it as well. Its a good little work out. Definitely fun to use. Its a little loud when using because it hangs on the wall. It says it can handle up 400 lbs force on the cushion not sure because we definitely dont have that kind of force

Great fun!
This was a great way to get my kids to have fun and exercise at the same time! It’s been wonderful. Attached it to the door instead of our wall in case they were to miss lol but they haven’t yet! Would recommend!

easy to use good, hand-eye and upper body training
This product is great for the kids, work from home or people who are busy and need quick upper body workout. It is great upper body workout. It is not be treated for heavy punching like with a punching bag. It does helps with hand eye coordination and upper body movement. if done right, use your core and twist your hip for punching then this will make you burn some calories.About the machine, the punching pads are comfortably soft for kids or adults. The mode gives you plenty of speed for hand-eye coordination. It feels sturdy and time will tell how long it lasts. make sure you hang it on firm and strong wall before start punching.Overall a good buy for quick fun workoout.

Such a cool gift for my kids! They absolutely loved it & it can be easily moved to either of their rooms with the Velcro that was included.Easy set up!!!

Beat Saber in real life but punching gloves!
I can't get enough of this! Is a perfect combination of exercise and playing at the same time makes my cardio journey twice as easy the best way to describe it will be a more physical version of beat saber!
