Finally an eco friendly brand that works! I love this cleaner. My daughter spilled an entire bowl of tomato soup on our brand new cream colored couch. I scrubbed it with Branch and it’s as good as new. It’s gentle and safe but it works. The thing I really like about it is it’s just one cleaner but different concentrates. So, for instance, the “glass” cleaner wasn’t working on our glass shower. So I used the “bathroom” cleaner and it got the soup scum off and left no streaks. It was just a higher concentrate. It does not really have a scent, which is fine, but I wanted a little scent so I just added a little essential oils to the bathroom and all purpose cleaner. This is now the only cleaner we use in the house!

This kit has all you need to clean and it's all in one kit. The actual cleaning agent can be used for each of the items and each bottle will tell you how much to use in it. I like how it cleans and it's it safe for my toddler and pets to be around. They also offer a glass set for alittle more that I will be using next time I refill. There isnt a scent really at all, I think it's a good value for the price as you get all the bottles and instruction on how to use each product and it doesn't have any harsh chemicals.

So much a great brand for non toxic cleaning. The system came with all the bottles to fill for all your uses. Zero smell and the cost was affordable

At first I was a little annoyed because you pretty much pay for plastic spray bottles that could be bought at Walmart. I didn’t read the product description so I didn’t realize they were empty bottles. Used it anyway because I had paid for it. I just moved into a new apartment and my cat started urinating on furniture from stress. The all purpose bottle and oxygen boost when used together was able to lift cat urine off my LoveSac and couch. I had previously tried two different enzymatic cleaners specifically made for pet urine, however they just added a hint of fresh scent over the underlying urine. This product was actually able to get rid of the urine entirely. I work in vet med so I am incredibly excited to be able to use this product when washing my scrubs as well.

I love that there is a nontoxic cleaner that actually works! The one concentrate that can be used for laundry, hand soap, all purpose and bathroom cleaning is amazing. I love that each container has the fill line for water and concentrate to make the appropriate solution for each use. I had to get used to the lack of fragrance but now I don’t miss it. I can honestly say it works for all the different purposes, but my favorites are as a laundry detergent and foaming hand soap. My kitchen counter have never been so clean. GREAT product.

I'm updating my original review because Branch Basics made this right. My frustration was with the Amazon listing, not the company's customer service. As a first-time customer, I believed I was purchasing a suite of ready-to-use cleaning products. Instead, I received one bottle of concentrate, Oxygen Boost, and several empty bottles to mix myself. I don't believe the listing makes that clear enough for someone unfamiliar with the Branch Basics system, particularly since the item is non-returnable. After I contacted Branch Basics, they responded promptly and issued a full refund. I genuinely appreciate that they stood behind their customer service. I still believe the Amazon listing should make it unmistakably clear that this is a concentrate-and-dilution system with empty bottles included for mixing. While the product wasn't the right fit for me, I appreciate how professionally the company handled my concerns.

I have been very happy with my branch basics kit! I was thoroughly impressed by the powder combined with the all purpose spray- I was able to remove deep baked on layers from my stainless steel pan that I thought were there forever. So happy to have a formula I can use for everything around the house, and not have to be worried about toxic ingredients.

Super clean product! This was my favorite of the cleaner brands I bought. No intense smell or residue left behind. I have used the concentrate for several months and saved tons of money instead of buying each separate toxic product separately like I did before. I really like how the bottles came with the appropriate measurements for water and concentrate - make it super easy! Will buy again!
