I love how easily this conforms to your face. It also has more color choices than most of the other models. I love being able to change the intensity. I've used the red and blue the most, and noticed a difference in my skin in 2 weeks. The lines are reduced and my skin looks clearer.

I have used the mask, it's a little heavy and kind of hard to adjust on the face. The two prones at the top of the mask hurted but I removed the prones and it worked better. So I am using it that way instead of sending it back.

To hard, there are some metal pegs but not explanation of what they are for or where they go. The instructions are not well written. I was very exited with the product but it did not meet my expectations.
