The Latest and Greatest Monster Hunter Experience!
It came! I’m starting it and it’s a lot of fun. I can see the stark difference as I was playing Black Myth Wukong and then now this. They are totally different games but I’m reminded of how slower paced Monster Hunter is. Its formula is amazing even still though.It’s much more streamlined in different ways which I don’t mind. I’ve been playing MH since MH3Ulitmate on Nintendo 3DXL, and I love to see positive quality of life improvements. Make sure you have time to give to this game though it’s not like Black Myth Wukong or many of the games where you can pick it up and put it down.The hunts can take some time so I advise after work or school not during breaks. At least give about an hour of free time to it because if not you may not get anything done. Great game overall and I’m glad I could experience it. I’m still in the beginning and learning. One of the great things about this title is you can have multiple weapons (2) to switch from so it’s the most versatile MH ever.Many options to fine tune your experience too. Plus the create a character is one of the best ones I’ve ever seen. Okay if you’ve read my novel all the way this far you’re amazing. Thank you! Have a blast!

Fresh experience even for a casual vet
Big fan of Monster Hunter since Freedom Unite and was really looking forward to this installment. It's more the same of what I love while also mixing it up to give a unique experience even for someone like me who is familiar with their game. I pre-ordered this new title and managed to not get an email with the downloadable content code and after chatting with customer service for a bit, they were able to correct that. Outside of that mishap, I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Would recommend to anyone especially as it somehow feels even more accessible than the previous generation.

Awesome Game
I bought this for my youngest son for his birthday, even though he's in his late 20s, lol- He loves the game, we had to pre-order until it came out- according to him, it was well worth the wait!

Great Game, Slightly Easy Monsters
Great game with a lot of content. The game is easier than Worlds; however, the crown hunting becoming easier is so much better.

A lot of fun
This is the first Monster Hunter game that I’ve really enjoyed. The story is just okay (cheesy but cinematic) but I’m loving the gameplay. My biggest issue would be that the camera is hard to control and the controls themselves are pretty convoluted. The graphics are pretty and I was able to create a character that looks eerily like me. It’s kind of weird to see in cutscenes!

Do not buy
Just a truly terrible game. Graphics are not engaging or very good. Gameplay is like playing mortal combat with memorizing innumerable combos. No real way to learn the game other than throwing a bunch of time at it and hoping you figure it out. God knows the game won't help by actually explaining anything useful. Definitely wish I had passed on this one.
