product sprays on and rubs in quickly, non greasy. Keep spraying onto cramping muscle til the cramp goes away.Never fast enough but felt my night cramps go away within 30-45 seconds. Only wish it had a nozzle that would spray upside down. I took the sprayer out and poured into hand to rub into lower leg. I keep this spray on my night stand.

I have used this a few nights and so far it’s been great at helping me get to sleep and stay asleep.

I love how easy this is to apply and rub in. It was worked well for my restless legs and doesn't leave you oily. You also don't have to worry about slipping on hard wood if your applying to your feet. I recommend applying to legs and feet then putting socks on right away. This helps keep the product on the skin longer in my opinion and will also prevent slipping and sliding around. Love this small business as well. Great customer service!

Labeled as pure. Believable. Cannot comment on efficacy however may have contributed to reduced symptoms of strain.

Tried this for my insomnia. Did not work for me. Fast shipping, worth the price I paid. The oil is not greasy and absorbed pretty well. I recommend washing your hands after using other wise they get a bit gritty.
