Great audio & noise cancelling for the price!
I purchased the E8 headphones (orange) because I travel for work and often work in open office situations. I have used them for two weeks now and I LOVE them! I really wanted nice, noise cancelling headphones, but did not want to pay the steep price for some of the better known brands. The price point for the quality is about right, and I am very satisfied with the purchase!Initial test:I have used "Eyes Shut" by Years and Years to test the audio quality of every audio device I've purchased. When I first tested the headphones, I had to adjust the equalizer on my phone, but once I added bass the audio quality was amazing. The full range of audio coming from the set gave me an immersive experience. I listened to them in my home, so it was already fairly quiet, but once I switched to the active noise cancelling, I knew they would be clutch on the airplane.Airplane:When I flew for the first time with the headphones, I fell asleep immediately due to the noise cancelling. It took me awhile to get used to a sleeping position to rest my head, but once I fell asleep, the headphones did not bother me at all. I really like that you can adjust how the pads rotate for the headphones to sit on your ear, and so I could find the right fit for them. The headphones drowned out the ambient noise from the flight which was great! I woke up before landing, but kept my eyes closed. The flight attendant shouted “sir” a few times before tapping me to lift my seat up - I swear I couldn’t hear them!Office:I had a fairly busy week, so I wanted to focus at my desk. I had a coworker who needed to ask me questions throughout the day, and she had to actively wave/poke me before I would notice she needed help. Obviously, if I hadn’t been listening to music I could have heard her, but the music + active noise cancelling really adds up.I have yet to have a problem with losing charge throughout the day, and had them all from takeoff on the plane to end-of-day at the office!I haven’t used the mic function yet (these are more for audio), so I can’t review on that, but will edit my review if I do end up using them.Overall, great purchase!

Nice upgrade from E7s
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Packageits a thick protective box, and inside you’ll find a huge travel case with the E8s and the cabling, 3.5 mm and micro usb cable, a 6.3 mm and a channel separator adapter. Comes with a user guide with support in many languages. The case is bulky, but will definitely protect your headphones from modest damageAesteticsThe headphone feels really nice when you hold in your hands, they are sturdy and they look good with golden accents, soft earcuffs and mate metallic parts. From distance seems somewhat made of cheap materials but when you look closely you notice they’re well built.ComfortFor over-the-ear headphones, the E8s are very comfortable, i have 2.5” ears (quite large) and I can listen for hours (I work in an office) without feeling any sort of pain so far. All surface that touches you head and ears have pads.InterfaceSimple as many other bluetooth headphones:- Power button (that also serves as pairing button and play/pause button)- Volume up and volume down buttons (that also serves as next/previous buttons)- ANC switch for enabling active noise cancelling features- 3.5 mm audio cable port for wired listening experience- micro USB port for chargingPersonally i would love a power switch instead of a button, but that’s just my personal preference.PairingPairing is easy, power on the E8 and it will attempt to pair automatically with the latest registered device, if it’s the first time it will enter in pairing mode automatically. On your device you only have to select the E8 on the Bluetooth preferences and they are ready to go.Sound qualitySound seems to be superior to previous models, they have nice depth in the sound and overall music feels great, this cans do not seem to enhance any aspect of music. Voice is clear, now, ANC has really improved over time and Cowin really worked on enhancing this, still have some terrain to cover but they are on the right track. After a couple of weeks I haven’t found any issues with the headphones. Life battery is amazing, sometimes i can get two-three days of use without need to recharge. To summarize everything, E8s offer a nice upgrade to the previous models. My ratings are:Build quality: 8Comfort: 8Ease of use: 9Sound quality: 8Overall: 8

A better, bigger brother to the Previous COWIN headphones I own
COWIN E8I just received my COWIN 8 Headphones!!!!!!!My new COWIN 8 headphones came in a quality, crafted case. The COWIN 8 Headphones look sharp. They are lightweight, attractive and sturdy! I was surprised at the time/attention that was put into the carry case and I was happy to see that the USB/Charging cable and wired/headphones cable were quality. They even include the adapter for airplanes that don’t offer the simple headphone jack.Like Clockwork my COWIN 8 Headphones powered right up and I was able to pair my new headphones to my IPHONE within seconds. As I was testing out the sound in my kitchen I didn’t even notice my daughter walk up behind me to ask me a question. Noise canceling comes as advertised. I made a few business calls from my kitchen and they worked perfect!Thankfully, it looks like I finally have a new GO TO Pair of Headphones. Today I wore my new headphones for 3 hours straight. I was very happy to find that I didn’t suffer from Ear Fatigue that I have experienced with other headphones. Yes they are comfortable. These Headphones are LOUD (I love it). I was surprised to find that I enjoyed a very distinctive STEREO EFFECT of sounds in an out from different ears and it sounded great! Love the way the BASS jumps in to make these headphones a great listening experience!Very Happy with my Purchase!

A great headphone for the average listener, A meh one for a music producer.
Its a good headphone with a nice bag and accessories. Connects well with the playstation and mac. Although there are a few kinks in my pair. The right driver has a weird rattle when I attach it to my phonograph. Also, The included adaptor so you can attach it to an amp is quite loose. I tried attaching it to my bass amp and it isnt good for recording music as there is a static sound brought by how loose the adaptor is. Also, the included backup aux cable is quite finicky, it sometimes does not transfer the audio to the headphones. Its my first Headphones coming from someone who uses airpods and the audio is quite good. Not groundbreakingly awesome but it gets the job done. It is good for someone who is not choosy about how their headphones sound, its good for the average listener but for someone who uses it to produce music it is not good enough.

Great quality headphones
I am coming from E7s and the E8 is awesome, the sound quality is great, they really don’t feel heavier than 7’s but they fit better over my ears. I use these when I am driving, the noise cancellation takes out almost all the road noise which greatly reduces my fatigue on long driving days.I definitely recommend.
