Anti-slip, thick cushion, feels tight
PROS: Fixes slipperiness inside shoe and that helps during workouts and sports, not bad for the price Good traction when running and changing direction CONS: Adds thickness, causing tightness in otherwise true-to-size footwear. I ordered a pair, toes felt rigid and got a hole in one of them when doing moderate running - would probably work better if worn with footwear that's one size above. Works best for people whose actual size is 7.5/8.5 and wearing shoe sizes 8/9.
