Superb quality product and very spacious

Disappointing Experience with Godrej RefrigeratorI ordered this Godrej refrigerator on October 16, 2024, and it was delivered the next day. I decided to stick with Godrej, as my old refrigerator from the brand had served me well. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake.The refrigerator was installed on the 17th, and the technician advised not to turn it on immediately to allow the refrigerant to settle. We waited 24 hours as instructed, but when we finally powered it on, there was no cooling at all. We contacted Godrej service, and another technician arrived on the 18th, only to inform us that the refrigerator was “choked” and needed replacement.Since this product was labeled for a brand replacement, Godrej’s service in our area said it would take a month for a new unit. I then reached out to Amazon and had to speak with about six to seven agents to get the return approved. Amazon eventually scheduled the pickup, which took four days to arrange, and it’s finally set for today, October 26.If you’re considering this product, just hope you get a functional unit. If not, be prepared for a frustrating process with both Godrej and Amazon. In the end, we went to a local shop and bought a different refrigerator.
