Does its job well
What I needed to relax my neck after 10 hours on the bike. Too bad no one makes a removable, washable layer. I put it into a balaclava.

Very disappointed.
Not what I had in mind, I have been too busy to return it and did ask company to cancel the order but they ignored my request, not very happy, sorry. Neck too high and nothing like I thought it would be.

Not for me
It's poorly designed: too long and too hard for me. It hurts my jaw when I put it on after 5 minutes. It suffocates me a bit if I wear it for longer than 10 minutes. The delivery service was fast and good.
