Just used this today, I am a sourdough beginner and was looking for a reasonably prices kit. This kit has all the tools you need to start, the price is a good deal for all that it offers. The baskets are smaller than I thought but thats just me not checking the dimensions, Still a good size.

Really happy with this sourdough kit. the quality is awesome for the price, honestly just as good as the more expensive one I had before. It comes with everything you need, and the banneton is a great size. I’m loving the scoring blade too! Only thing I wish is that it came with a replacement blade. Overall, super happy with this buy!

A nice basic assortment of items. It’s a great value for two baskets and additional tools. The dough whisk has a shorter handle than I expected, but works fine. I haven’t used the bread lame yet, but I like the knife style compared to some other options. The bench scraper seems sturdy and useful as well.

I was skeptical about this product because of the price but it is a great buy! The quality is good and everthing came in great condition.

Good set to have for making sourdough!

I am very new to bread making and just starting out. I got this little set to make my own sourdough. It is a little basket but still good. The tools it comes with are perfect, and it seems like a good deal with value for all of it together. Perfect little starter kit for beginner bread bakers.

The kit has a lot of cool stuff making it a well worth purchase. I’ve bought another before that had a chemical smell but this one has virtually no smell. Functionality wise it seems like it will get the job done and even came with a brush for cleaning to make it easier to maintain. The quality of the cloth however is a con in my book, it’s really thin, which can lead to a dryer rise in the proofing stage. I’d recommend putting your basket with dough in a bag in the fridge for the second rise if you’re someone who prefers the longer ferment because this will dry out with simply a cloth kitchen towel over it, making a skin on your dough while in the fridge.
