Works as expected

This products works as promised. It works so well I bought it again.

I have been using this product on my elbows and lower back for the past couple of weeks. For me, it causes a cooling effect and pain reduction. The only time I felt heat was sitting in my car with my lower back pressed against the seat. Although warm to hot, it was not uncomfortable at all. I am a 69 year old male with a history of working out with weights. In more recent years, I have developed pain in the elbows and lower back, probably because I upped my exercise regimen. As mentioned, this stuff helps reduce that pain. Some reviewers have commented they feel heat, but with the one exception that is not the case for me — and I apply this cream liberally. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that in spite of using great care with the sponge applicator when removing the cap and applying the cream, the sponge came off after 10 days of daily use. With my next tube I plan to apply Crazy Glue before using the cream to hold the applicator sponge in place. Hopefully, the manufacturer reads these comments and fixes the problem. Other than that, I highly recommend this product.

I am very happy with pain relief from this product.

It works well to provide pain relief for my feet. However, it is a nuisance that the sponge falls off before I have used it up, so I have to reattach it with super glue, meaning that it is handled and I have to scrub the gel from my hands. Being able to apply it without touching it is the main reason that I get this instead of the cream, so that sort of defeats the purpose. I would give it 5 stars if they were to use a good glue to attach the sponge applicator.

Usually just as I'm falling asleep, especially if I go to the gym and push myself a bit on the bike. So - i tried using this (having heard good things about it from other neurothapy sufferers..You rub it on (easy to do with the built-in foam pad) and then let it do its thing. And its thing so far has been no cramps.It's not clear to me if the product is helping or simply massaging the feet, as I do, and applying the product is the main cause for relief. Dunno - but can't argue with success so I'll continue using it.

Disappointed because it dis not offer any relief at all. I use back patches that contain capsian which provide all day relief. However, my husband has to put them on for me so I was looking for something I could apply myself. After applying the cream, I felt the burning of capsian for maybe 5 minutes and then it quickly went away.

This is the only place I can purchase the roll on gel, which I love. I don’t like the creams and IMO, I feel like the roll on gives me better control than the cream. As long as Amazon continues to sell it, I will continue to purchase here.
