Faulty Machines and Reckless Customer Care
I purchased this glucometer less than two weeks ago, and it is already providing highly inaccurate and random readings. Upon cross-verifying with other glucometers and lab tests, I found that while minor variances are expected, a 50-point variance is completely unacceptable and far beyond the standard range.To make matters worse, their customer care is utterly unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite multiple follow-ups, my concerns have been completely ignored, with no resolution in sight.I strongly advise against purchasing any AccuSure products. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable brand.
