I don’t receive photos from android users and apple users and battery doesn’t last as long as it should.

The battery died way to quickly I wrote Amazon they told me they would email me the number to this phone company but once again Amazon didn't. This phone is on the thermo works only so much not the best but and it has no otg functions like described

It turns on to a black and grey screen only. totally worthless. Does not function whatsoever.

I've had my Armor 25T for over a month now. I am super impressed, especially considering the price. The camera has some great effects. The photo quality is not quite as good as my Samsung phones have been but at 1/3 the price, I'll live with it. I like Samsung's colour night pictures better too but black and white are still good. I don't yet need the thermal imaging but it's fun to play with. Maybe someday, when in the forest at night, it'll be useful. Night vision, walking through the dark house without a bright light is interesting. There is no cell service here so the (voWifi) wifi-calling is super easy. The Glass screen got scratched pretty quickly so I'm glad they sent 2. I'll have to figure out how to change it and order a screen protector. I dropped it on ceramic tile a couple of times, no problem. Samsung didn't survive my drops. Now my husband wants one but his Samsung is still quite new so he'll probably wait. It is a bit of a learning curve and tutorials are not on YouTube so I'm mostly having to play to figure things out. So far, all the apps from Samsung work on Armor 25T. I'll probably stick with this brand if they continue to be so much better priced while being tough.

Would have been a great phone. Works well except it will not connect to fido mobile data. Save your money and buy something else!

Nice phone. Thermal camera works well. Durable. Came with screen protector just had to buy a case for it for $20. Only thing I didn't like is the phone is really heavy, but that is because the case of it is made with aluminum instead of plastic. But it is twice as heavy as a normal phone. My old phone stopped working it was a 6.8 in screen this one is a 6.7-in screen so close enough. Wanted the same size screen or close to it as my old phone. FHD+

As much as I love the thermal and night vision camera I went from Android 16 to 14 and I can't stand the difference. The phone also hangs up on every incoming call I receive. I have until the end of the month to decide if I am returning it and it's looking like I might. When the battery saver is not on, it drains battery quickly.
