I needed minimal back support during travel, especially more than 2 hours on a plane. This memory foam pillow provided even support, is great material and has been a simple game-changer for comfort. Perfect small size to fit in the small of my back for airplane seats that don’t have lower back support (then I use it in rental car). The existing stretch-strap on rear of the pillow may be good for an office chair, but no use for me. I compress the pillow with some stronger webbing with a clip and easily compress & store in my carry-on / backpack. Samsonite makes great reliable products, but should design a strap-compression option for travel of the exact pillow. I compared and bought multiple other options and this was the best.

I ordered a new cushion but received a used one in excellent condition. This worked well for me, as I could find no damage done to the cushion. It is very well made and does not slip on my fabric HR-V seat. I like the slight rise in height which I need despite the adjustable seat, and this is a comfortable cushion.
