Has become my daily supplement. You can deffintely feel te effect on you. You arent as stressed. It made me drowsy for the first day or three, but now I'm all good. Doesnt taste weird and easy to take it.

Definitely works, a bit too well for me. Knocks me out like i just took Benadryl. I have to take it before bed.. no real option, I can't stay awake more than a half hour tops after taking this. Next day leaves me feeling very calm, helps my anxiety alot
