This was a replacement for a broken Renpho and so far it's great. Much quieter then anticipated, still very powerful, and the smaller size is covenient.

I've been using the Bob and Brad Q2 Mini Massage Gun since July 2024, and overall, I've been extremely pleased with it. The battery life is impressive and lasts much longer than I expected between charges. Its compact size makes it easy to take anywhere, whether traveling, keeping it in a backpack, or simply storing it at home. Despite its small size, it delivers plenty of power for relieving muscle soreness and tension. The unit also proved to be quite durable. After nearly two years of regular use, it continued to perform well. The only issue I experienced was a charging problem when the USB-C connector stopped seating properly in the charging port. What really impressed me was the customer service. I contacted Bob and Brad support, explained the issue, and provided a short video along with the information they requested. They reviewed everything and, within the same day, arranged for a replacement to be shipped. They were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the process. In a time when many companies make warranty claims difficult or frustrating, Bob and Brad stood behind their product and treated me with respect. That kind of support builds customer loyalty.
