Doesn't leak at all, and trust me I whipped it around when testing. I really wanted one of these without the straw, couldn't find one local - thankfully this 3 pack came up on amazon. I paid around $30-35 CAN for all 3 and to me that's a crazy good deal. I just opened one and plan to save the other 2 for when I inevitably break or lose this one.I don't know what else to say other than if you're looking for a straw-less water bottle to use one-handed that is leak proof and convenient (the little handle is...handy) this is the way to go. Build quality and everything is solid. Very happy.

Easy to drink from, easy to clean, and super easy to use and maintain. I love the size, and the clip to hold it. Haven't had it leak yet and it often goes in my work backpack during field trips.Never going back to a straw water bottle again, this chug opening is so fast and satisfying to drink from. My family and I are loving our waterbottles.

Bought for our boys (7,5,4), and love them. They’re hardy, they’ve been dropped multiple times without incident. They continue to be leak proof (we let them keep them at their bedsides). Easy to clean.We haven’t really used the lock feature.

Pretty good bottles. They don’t have the straw like other models of the Contigo bottles, so younger kids may get a “gush” of water as they drink. And that may take some getting used to for them.The lock is really a mouthpiece cover that snaps into place. But they are decent bottles and I’d recommend them.

I have had these before, lost a lid so had to replace. I have purchased so many water bottles and hated the fact that it was hard to clean the lid, sometimes impossible and ended up throwing them out due to gross/mold. I don't drink just water in these things, I make a cold herbal tea to give my water a little flavor instead of the artificial drops you can buy, so the lids are a must clean. These are the closest I can get that I can actually clean the lid.
