Perimenopause+ADHD=madness This has helped tremendously for my ADHD that has worsened since perimenopause set in. I'm unable to take pharmaceutical meds due to other med issues. I take two in the morning and my thoughts are clearer and have more energy without the jitters. If I forget to take, I DEF notice a difference.

If you truly have ADHD, this is a miracle supplement
I could cry! My Adderall prescription has been impossible to get filled since I moved, and so I’ve been sitting amongst boxes and a complete mess for two weeks, going through stimulant withdrawal on top of it, and this is exactly what I needed. My brain is finally QUIET. I can just …. Do things! That’s all we want when we have severe ADHD. And this is magical. We’re talking - ten days straight of being frozen in a nervous system state that couldn’t even function, to suddenly unpacking, cooking, showering. Maybe not everyone reviewing this actually has ADHD, but for those of us who truly do, this is a miracle.

Eh for me but read my review
I have ADHD and take Adderall. I wanted something to take on the weekends instead of my adderall. I don’t feel like this helped me focus. If you haven’t ever taken ADHD medication it might work great. I gave it 4 stars because I didn’t notice any side effects but could t give 5 stars since I didn’t feel any change.

Not a fan. I didn’t notice a thing. No digestive issues or side effects. Definitely didn’t improve focus or mood. I wouldn’t try to take over the counter products again unless they are natural. Wouldn’t pay for again

Potent, Effective, Healthy
One of the best supplement formulas I have ever used. The formula is very potent, and takes effect faster than any other supplements I have used. Definitely a good one to try if you are trying to lessen anxiety, increase focus, or needing a good energy boost in the morning. This formula is also great for those like myself who struggle with managing ADHD. This is not a cure, but effective and natural treatment.
