I use these at work, they let me hear the calls that comes into the Command Center, they are light weight, and the mic works great

This headset is hands down the best I've found in 10+ years. This well made headset is easy to plug into a computer with three (3) choices (USB-C, USB, standard 3.5mm CTIA jack). The surround sound is great for watching videos and the controls (volume -/+, microphone mute, surround sound) are conveniently located on the cord. The microphone mute button lights up red which is a huge plus. The headset is light and feels soft against my ears. Microphone is located at a perfect distance from my mouth and is flexible. Highly recommend this headset for anyone who still likes hard-lines for privacy and practicality. Excellent product.

Great value with easy to use controls and easy adjusting figment. Sound quality would be much better if the over the ear pads were larger. They are used for calls and web meetings so sound quality is not critical.

I seem to need these replaced every 2yrs. They don’t last. This seems to be just how long they last. It works now so I’m happy

Horrible! Sound quality was poor! I didn’t even have the headphones for a good month and they just conked out and stopped working! Total waste of money!!!!!! The quality of things I used to buy from Amazon was so great! It’s like likely the items are more cheaply made and don’t last at all! I’m going to stop purchasing from Amazon soon!

Was so very excited to find a comfortable and lightweight pair of headphones that I didn't mind wearing all day. the sound was great, fit was great but then they started to sporadically not work. Being in a call center when your headphones randomly stop working can mean a bad customer experience for the caller. This set was on the "not so cheap" side but now I don't feel I got my money worth ~~~back to the old heavy clunky set!

Excellent product as I work from home and using this has made it easier as voice is clearer with no distractions from video calls. Also mute and adjustable volume features are great. Hope it will last for a long time . Great for the price. Head phone cover is soft.

I like how loud this headset gets and that it has this surround sound feature. I have had this headset for about two months and use it for work. The headset is durable and flexible as well. The only downside to this headset is that when I am at work, people have a hard time hearing me speak at times. I didn't have that issue with my previous headset, so I am assuming that it has something to do with this headset itself but I am not 100% sure.

Product has great sound quality and is perfect for Microsoft teams use at work.

Great sound and microphone quality, I’m happy with it. The cable is pretty long that may annoy someone, but it’s still better to have a 2 meters long cable than a 10 cm long one. :)

Se configure automatiquement apres branchement sur l'ordinateur. Les boutons présents sur le câble sont très pratiques pour gérer le son et le micro. Il est plutôt léger et confortable

Ich habe nun auch dieses Headset und ich muss sagen, dass Mairdi wieder auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Sehr guter Klang und großartiges Hörerlebnis und sehr bequeme Ohraufsätze!!!!

Decent quality with comfortable ear pads. Works very well and is clear both ends. Quality item.
