Look at how tiny the bottle is!? Its like they sent the mini me version.The instructions clear as day say to add 15ml of water. It basically fills the entire bottle with water. All the salts Completly dissolved, there is no way it would dry out and ever need another 10 ml! It would be cheaper to fill a bottle with 15mlnof ammonia.I work at a hospital and specifically had a syringe for this!The lid does not seal all the way so trying to shake or tip the bottle to its side causes the bottle to leak EVERYWHERE. As you can see in the photos. I would go with a different company. This doesn't even have a smell or really even much of an ammonia strength to it..The best I can say is there is a very slight and I mean very slight cooling of the nostrils when you take a big wiff. But certainly no fight or flight triggering.Not worth the money. And don't pay for expidited shipping it doesn't come any faster anyway. They didn't ship it out until the day it was supposed to have arrived.

ZERO STARS!!! The stupid snap cap lid leaks when shaking and the smell is weak as can be. You can put your nose right up to the bottle and sniff as hard as you can and it's still just a faint smell.

It’s something, maybe it’ll help someone get out of bed but as far as a workout salt it’s very very weak. The jar is smaller than your hand but I could forgive that if it wasn’t so crazy weak. If you’ve ever had a friend that had cats and you walked into their apartment when the litter hadn’t been changed out yet and it hit you and made you go “ whoa, what was that!” That’s stronger than this, I promise you. 2 stars because it’s better than nothing, but not by much.
