Very nice design. Feel very light while still feeling solid enough to provide protection. Unsure about the "locking" design becuase it does make me wonder how you would fasten the boot to your ankles if it broke. This could be simply solved if it at least had a Velcro strip but it doesn't have any of that.

Twist to tighten, quick release to remove, strong and comfortable.
Love these boots. Feel strong yet comfortable. Good cushioning, and the twist to tighten is great, with a quick release when you want to take them off.
