This item is as pictured. The fabric is lacy, but not scratchy at all. It's very soft. It's not adjustable, but it's very stretchy. It doesn't offer much support, but I don't think it's supposed to. It's great for wearing around the house, or as a cropped undershirt with a low-cut shirt on top.
