Pleasantly surprised with the taste - Stevia to the rescue
First of all, I'd like to thank the company for showing the entire label of the product in one of the pictures in the listing. We consumers appreciate it.I'm going to have to re-evaluate my option of Stevia as previously I thought it had a bitter aftertaste when used in my coffee. I've read mixed opinions on the taste of these beet root drinks and have always preferred getting beets in gummy form. (Doesn't everyone prefer gummies?) I was a bit worried since it listed having less than 1g of sugar per serving and read a review saying they thought it tasted horrible. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I found just mixing this with 8 ounces of cold water as suggested in a shaker worked just fine and I thought it tasted great. I guess everyone is different. Mixed berry is what it says and mixed berry is what I tasted. When I thought I was going to have to struggle drinking it all because of the Stevia in it, and then instead find myself wanting more because of the taste, it has to be a strong recommend from me.

beet root powder
does the job for what it's supposed to do.seems like a good product.the taste isn't that great, it says it's mixed berry but still has that strong beet taste...would have to mix this with something else in order to reduce the beet taste.lost a star because of the taste, but still not bad.

Healthy Addition to Diet
I don’t drink smoothies, probably the typical way to get a daily dose of these greens. This is ground into a very fine powder, probably with intention of smoothies being typical. However I LOVE Beets; so I mix this up straight with a scoop in some water. I do note that I was surprised by the sweetness, but checked the label and it contains stevia (at least natural) and mixed berry flavors (should have read the description better?).I eat a primarily plant-based diet and like to introduce as much diversity into this diet as possible. Adding new foods => great. More variety => great. This is often reliant on eating what is "in season" and available at the fresh markets; beets are a fall crop. As someone who really loves beets though, I would buy these anytime I see them and this is simply a way to get them anytime.I am unlikely to eat it daily but will simply introduce as part of a normal primarily plant-based diet.Made in the USA. Double sealed (under the lid, plastic shrink-wrap).

strong taste
I had to dilute this a lot in order to drink it. With the recommended amount of water, the taste was just too strong of whatever fake fruit it's supposed to be with a beet aftertaste. I added lots of ice and extra water and just forced myself to chug it.

Not very tasty
I just could not drink it with water. No matter how much water I mixed with it, it tastes the same. I thought it was horrible. Undrinkable for me. I just don't think the mixed berry flavor taste mixes well with the beet root . I did mix 1 gram of it in with my whey isolate twice and it was drinkable. A lot better than plain, but I got a bad headache immediately after I both times I drank it. It's just not for me.

I like it.
though its berry flavored it is def beet based. that said, I really like beets and their earthy flavor. this mix is be much better if you are someone who does not like beets. the flavoring really smooths it out.

Easy to incorporate into health routine
Berry Flavored. 30 servings per jar. I scoop per serving, scoop enclosed. I love adding any fuits and vegetables to my diet for the superfood and antioxidants. This is a terrific way to get beet root into my diet. I add to smoothies. If you add to a shaker, shake for 30 seconds to dissolve completely.

VERY sweet
I put a scoop of this in my morning smoothie and it made it SO sweet. I usually put a half beet in there but this beet powder has added stevia and is mixed berry flavor, designed to drink with just water. I may have to add more lemon and ginger to balance the sweetness!
