We always joke that we wish we had an umbrella hat so we could keep our hands free to hold other things, and here it is! They work pretty well - easy to open/close. The head strap is a bit snug, but that also means it fits our kids well.

I do not have a large head, but I do find that the headbands on these cute umbrella hats are a bit too tight. You can really feel the tightness when you wear it. Possibly the band stretches with time and wearing the umbrella often. I hope so. Otherwise, these are wonderful. I love the pretty colors and the size is ideal to keep your head in the shade. I plan on wearing them for shade, as they do not cover the body for rain. These are easy to manage and are compact for simple storage.
