Each makeup is individually sealed, and packaged together in a sealed ziplock bag.5/5 Lipstick: This is a cool toned red matte liquid lipstick. The packaging says lip gloss but it is definitely a lipstick. Applies really nicely with the doe tipped applicator and friends down matte. Dries down with minimal transferring or movement of color. Has a fruity scent.10/5 Eyeliner: this is a liquid black eyeliner with a fine tip. Completely waterproof and does not budge. Better than some of the $10-20 drugstore eyeliner I've purchased in the past.4/5 Blue makeup: this is a light blue shade with grey undertones. the blue cream liquid applies very smoothly, does not cake, but does not completely dry down. You do need setting powder because it will budge, which is fine because it isn't drying on the skin. A little goes a long way.4/5 Translucent setting powder. Very fine powder. Easy to puff onto skin and turns makeup matte. Very standard.4/5 Dramatic Lashes: I haven't used these lashes yet; they're not my style. They're heavy, dramatic, seemed to be well made. Enclosed in its own plastic square box.4/5: makeup cushions. This kit comes with 2 small triangular makeup cushions that are so spongy and smooth The only detractor is that I wish one was bigger for the face and neck.

This MEICOLY Sally Makeup Kit is a great starting kit for creating all kinds of Halloween characters, from Nightmare's Sally to Star Wars' Aayla Secura might be a little light) to your favorite blue dog cartoon character. The kit contains: light blue water-based creme face paint, red liquid lipstick, waterproof black eyeliner, setting powder, cartoonish looking fake eyelashes and 2 application sponges. The blue makeup covers well--I suggest your own primer plus using the included setting powder for maximum longevity. Once it dries, it doesn't have a lot of transfer, but no, don't rub it--it's makeup, not lacquer. I didn't have any skin reactions with these products. It washes off easily with soap and water or your regular makeup remover. The eyeliner and lipstick are like regular makeup--waterproof black eyeliner (a waterproof make-up remover helps) and a bright red lipstick that seems to be long-wearing. The lashes are definitely costume material--exaggerated and uber fluffy. It's a great value to get all these items for the current $19.99 price, especially if you need them all for your character.

My daughter loves Sally and The Corpse Bride, and has been asking for the blue face paint to recreate these two iconic looks. As I was looking for their signature blue color, I kept coming to the same problem, none of the shades were true to the movies, they were either too dark, too light or more on the green hue than blue. Thankfully this set popped up in my search and instead of getting just the face paint, I was able to get an entire kit for nearly the same price. The set included the iconic blue shade, lashes, red liquid lipstick that’s a signature of both characters, liquid eye liner and face powder. Now my daughter has everything she needs to recreate these two iconic characters and I scored a great deal.

I ordered this MEICOLY Sally Makeup Kit,Professional Sally Costume Corpse Bride Makeup,Light Blue Face Paint and Setting costume/makeup kit to add to my family’s costume makeup collection for Halloween.This set is designed to allow you to face paint to look like Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas, but you can also use it for any dead/dying/zombie type character that would have pale blue skin tones.The major element of the face painting kit is the 2.37 ounce tube of pale blue face/body cream makeup. It is a light blue color that goes on easily with good coverage, and provides a blue, ghostly/dead effect.The kit also provides translucent setting powder, black liquid eyeliner, and a dark red matte lip gloss with a sponge applicator. To recreate the effects shown in the sales photos, you would also need some clown white or a white body paint; especially the “stitches” effect shown in the facial close-up. You would also need some blue eyeshadow or a darker blue face/body paint to replicate the full pictured look; the pale blue base gives excellent all-over coverage, but the darker blue eyebrows and shadowing around the eyes and cheeks requires a different makeup.Fortunately, we had plenty of white and blue makeup choices. Be aware, though, that you can’t duplicate the effect shown in the pictures with the kit alone.The kit also includes two sponge wedges to apply and blend the pale blue face paint, and a pair of long, thick dark fake eyelashes.I gave this kit four stars; I removed one star because the sales page gives the suggestion you can create the makeup job in their sales pictures, but you would need to add additional products to achieve this look. The sales page calls the kit “comprehensive” and states it has “everything you need for a complete transformation”; however, you need (at the least) two other products not included for the look in the sales photos.If the sales page had said “starter kit” or “just add white and dark blue face paint to complete the pictured looks”, I probably would have given this the full five stars. This is a nice set, it includes a lot of what you need for the “Sally” look displayed in the sales photos. It would also be great for other deadly/dying/ghostly/zombie looks at Halloween. The face/body paint gives good coverage; the deep red gloss is startling against the pale blue, and the long, dark fake eyelashes complement the entire look.

My daughter tried this out in preparation of Halloween. The colors are great, bright and vibrant, and the coverage is very good. I recommend this kit.

The light blue face/body paint offers good coverage, and the red lip gloss, black eyeliner, and setting powder are nice extras. However, the kit doesn’t provide everything shown in the sales pictures—you’ll need additional white and dark blue makeup for that. The eyelashes are a fun touch!
