Hello there, nice to meet you! ;o)One can't have too many cooling racks in the kitchen, in my opinion!Especially those stainless steel racks that come in a two pack for a very affordable price of less than $7, at the time of this review! What a bargain too. My hubby does a lot of baking, and he always seems a bit short on cooling racks for his many loaves of sourdough breads coming out of the oven. ;o)No worries, I use them too! They are well made, sturdy, and all that goes with them. Did I mention they come in a pack of 2 for less than 7 bucks? I will be picking up a couple more sets shortly, for sure.Just so you know, my hubby, being the engineer, measured them, and found them a tad smaller than what's stated on the listing. He found the racks to actually be 11 x 15 inches...As a teaching moment from me to him, from years of cooking and baking-- and being a teacher, plus working in the restaurant industry, I know they fit inside of our hotel half pans (bottom-of-the-pan measurement is 11.5 x 16.5 inches for your education, which gives room to insert the rack INTO the pan itself with about half inch clearance all around), and that's good enough for me. That said, these racks don't fit inside of my slightly smaller roasting pans. Now that I mention all of this important information, and tested my roasting pans just now, I would highly recommend measuring the bottom of your own roasting pans to see if the racks will fit. Don't be surprised like my hubby was! ;o) As a well rounded cook and baker, I'm more fixated on the quality of the steel, the sturdiness of the rack, and that it has great longevity. These racks have that in spades! Lastly, I will say we use these particular racks mostly as cooling racks for baking, rather cooking at the moment.What more can I say?Don't forget to enjoy your cooking experience! ;o)Give this affordable Deedro Stainless Steel Cooling Racks (2-Pack) a try... I have so many cooling racks, but i can’t have enough because I use it for just about everything. These 2 pack set is a little lighter weight than the ones I already have.They are also a little smaller in size than what I already have. But they work perfectly fine. I have used then in the oven and I put french fries on them and they cooked very well. I use them to cool cakes, cookies, and muffins. They wash very well in the dishwasher.

These two stainless steel cooling racks fit into my baking pans perfectly and despite being very durable they're lightweight. I used them for making a batch of chocolate chip cookies and they performed beautifully. The support feet raise the racks half an inch, which allowed for good cooling and I also found them very easy to clean. For the low price, these are a great buy!

I ordered these to replace an older baking rack I've had for many years. The old one held up nicely for all of the abuse it suffered in my kitchen, but it was time to retire. These new ones are great! Same length as the old one, but slightly wider (still fits in a standard baking sheet though). They have two cross bars for stability, where my old one only had a single bar crossing the center, making the new ones a touch stronger. They appear to be well made and clean up easily. For the economy price ($6.99), these are a great find.
