A broadcast-quality directional condenser microphone designed to provide premium audio recording in a versatile range of applications including on-camera and boom mounted. Intuitive Digital Switching Control the in-built high-pass filter, pad and high frequency boost using convenient digital switching on the microphone body. Persistent states ensure your settings are retained when the microphone is switched off. The PG2-R is a Pistol Grip Shock Mount designed to reduce handling noise when recording with shotgun microphones in hand held or boompole mounted applications. It has dual Rycote Lyre mounts to ensure maximum isolation from any handling vibrations, four possible mounting points to suit the complete range of compatible RODE shotgun microphones, and integrated cable management clip. The PG2-R Pro Cable is specially designed for use with the PG2-R Pistol Grip. It features Neutrik and Switchcraft connectors and an integrated strain-relief junction box. Also included is the RODE WS6 Deluxe Windshield, an easy to use high-performance windshield for shotgun microphones. Designed to reduce wind noise when recording in adverse environmental conditions, the WS6 combines an open-cell foam surround with an outer layer of acoustically transparent artificial fur. .
